Boyd was retained by Deloitte & Touche, a provider of advisory, tax and management consulting services, to spearhead creative and strategic efforts for a new service. We began by creating a name, Black Ink, to convey its basic and most immediate goal: Shifting a company's finances from red ink to black ink. We also planned and created an integrated rollout for Black Ink that included flash e-mail, sales support kit and interactive presentations.
